Thank you for taking the time to participate in our survey which should not take you more than 10 minutes to complete. The survey is part of the Institute for Philosophy and Social Theory at the University of Belgrade’s project that maps out Doctor of Science in the Serbian diaspora. Although, Serbia has a high level of “brain-drain” there is no publicly accessible database of our highly educated experts in the diaspora; those that have obtained their doctorate or are currently Ph.D. students abroad, those that teach at foreign universities, scientific institutes, and global companies. Their potential for Serbia remains unseen, and individual engagements if they exist are unknown.
The aim of this project is to produce a database of our most educated experts in the diaspora, to identify their willingness for a more comprehensive and long-term collaboration with scientific institutions and scientific the community in Serbia, as well as to gather ideas on how best to establish and expand collaborations. We kindly ask that you share this survey with an of potential representatives of the targeted group.
